Finance Committee

The primary purpose of the Finance Committee is to review the financial status of the Association to ensure projected expenses and revenues are on target, and to identify and implement best financial practices. The Finance Committee will also be responsible for providing the Board with recommendations for potential areas of excess revenue over expense reinvestment and expenditures. In addition, this committee will coordinate with the Executive Director to have periodic financial reviews conducted by a Certified Public Accountant and to review the Department of Corporations enforcement actions. It is chaired by the 1st vice president and the 2rd Vice President is the vice chair.
